Through Ng Man-tat as an intermediary, Fanny then met Mei, played by Anita Mui. Mei then teaches Fanny some gambling tricks. There is something interesting about this film. Fanny pretends to have the same telekinetic powers as Sing. The goal is only one, namely to get a lot of money.

Fanny is so obsessed with getting a lot of money because she wants to use the money to treat her sister who is seriously ill. On the other hand, Mei has traveled all over Mainland, China, to find her brother. Apparently his brother, aka Sing, was on a world tour.

At first, Mei looked for her brother at her uncle’s house but to no avail. All he met was his uncle. Long story short, Mei and her uncle met Fanny. From here, Mei begins teaching Fanny tricks on gambling.
